Nearly 43 members who were involved in the betting

A cricket betting gang was rounded up and a number of electronic devices including laptops, mobile phones etc, and cash worth lakhs of rupees were seized from them, by the police. The gang members were conducting the betting from the house of their leader, Sohail, in Kurnool.
One Town police swooped on them after getting tipoff. The betting business was going on through What's App messages, the police said. Nearly 43 members who were involved in the betting were taken into custody. Several raids were also carried out in Guntur and Nizamabad.
