Cine celebrities may skip poll campaign in AP like Telangana

The forthcoming assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh will see a new trend. Unlike in the past, film stars will stay away from attending poll campaign on behalf of the political parties. The stars are of the strong view that they will lose fan base if they take part in the campaign in support of a political party.

TDP is already having Balakrishna as star campaigner and Jana Sena leader Pawan kalyan is himself is a crowd puller in Andhra. Earlier, all political parties roped in the film star as star campaigners to mobilise crowd on a large scale. After the film stars foryad in active politics. the film stars are taking back seat as they do not want to associate with any party. 

Leaders said the film star who are close to Pawan Kalyan declined to join poll campaign. The reason is they fear their fans in YSR Congress and TDP may shed their support to them and lost fan base gradually.
